How Burden Buyers uses the information you submit

This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used during the property review process, and how to contact us if you have questions.

Information We Collect

When you submit a property, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, asking price, property condition, timeline to sell, occupancy status, reason for selling, uploaded photos, and any additional information you choose to provide.

We may also collect technical submission details such as the page you submitted from, referral information, and basic campaign tracking details when available.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information to respond to your submission, ask follow-up questions, and discuss the property with you directly.

We use property details such as address, condition, price, occupancy, timeline, and uploaded photos to review whether the property fits our criteria and to better understand the situation before contacting you.

We use internal notes, activity records, and review data to keep track of the submission, monitor progress, and provide updates if the property remains under active review.

Photos and Property Information

If you upload property photos, we use them only for property review, internal evaluation, and follow-up related to the submission.

Photos help us understand visible condition issues, reduce unnecessary back-and-forth, and determine whether additional review or an inspection may be needed before moving forward.

Communication and Follow-Up

We use your phone number and email address to contact you regarding your submission, answer questions, request clarification, and discuss possible next steps.

If you give consent for text communication, we may also use your phone number for text-based follow-up related to the property you submitted.

Information Sharing

Your submission may be shared internally with team members who are involved in reviewing the property, responding to the seller, or handling follow-up.

Your information may also be shared when reasonably necessary to evaluate the property, review next-step options, or coordinate the property review process.

We do not collect your information for unrelated purposes outside the property submission and review process described on this site.

Inspections and Additional Review

In some cases, a property may require additional review, clarification, or inspection-related follow-up before any next step is discussed in detail.

If that happens, the information you already submitted helps us prepare for that process and communicate with you more clearly about what may be needed.

Data Storage and Access

Submitted information is stored in our internal system so it can be reviewed, updated, and referenced during follow-up.

Access is limited to the parts of the system used to manage property submissions, uploaded images, notes, and review activity.
